1. What PayStation Does
PayStation helps users create and manage payment-enabled AI agents, configure spending policies, connect supported API providers, and review payment activity.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement and use PayStation only where permitted. Verified and custodial actions require a World App account in good standing. You are responsible for meeting any provider or regional requirements that apply to your use.
3. Account And Wallet Responsibility
You are fully and solely responsible for your crypto wallet, World App Account, PayStation account, all sessions, agents, tokens, policies, spending settings, and every activity conducted under them. You must maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, access keys, agent tokens, private keys, and all other authentication materials at all times. You agree not to share, disclose, or provide access to any of these to any third party, including family members or other trusted individuals. You accept full liability for any and all losses, damages, claims, or unauthorized transactions that result from your failure to safeguard your accounts, credentials, or authentication materials.
4. Agent Payments And Provider Access
You control the policies that limit what your agents can spend. Provider availability, API responses, pricing, rate limits, and uptime are controlled by each provider and are not guaranteed by PayStation.
5. World Pay And Direct Payments
Some payments may be approved in World App and move directly from your wallet to the payee or receiver. PayStation records settlement evidence and verifies payment details server-side before marking supported flows complete.
6. Refunds And Payment Issues
If a payment or provider request has an issue, contact support and include relevant payment, agent, wallet, and error reference details. Requests are reviewed case by case, and no automatic refund is promised.
7. Prohibited Use
Do not use PayStation for illegal activity, abuse, sanctions evasion, fraud, unauthorized access, credential misuse, or misuse of provider APIs. PayStation may limit or suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service.
8. Service Changes And Disclaimers
PayStation is provided as an evolving product. Features, supported providers, limits, and availability may change. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties and with limited liability.
9. Service Providers and Third-Party Transactions
PayStation provides tools that allow users and their AI agents to connect with third-party service providers, merchants, and platforms. While we strive to offer a secure environment, PayStation does not control, supervise, or endorse any third-party service providers. You acknowledge and agree that:
* PayStation is not responsible for the conduct, quality, legality, or reliability of any third-party service provider.
* PayStation does not guarantee the identity, trustworthiness, or intentions of any service provider connected through the platform.
* Any transactions, interactions, or disputes between you (or your AI agents) and third-party service providers are solely between you and that provider.
* PayStation shall not be liable for any loss, damage, fraud, unauthorized charges, or harm resulting from your use of, or connection to, any third-party service provider.
Users are strongly encouraged to carefully review, verify, and monitor all service providers before connecting them to their AI agents or authorizing any payments.
10. Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are reflected by updating the date at the top of this page, and continued use of PayStation after an update means you accept the revised terms.
